Welcome to house hunting

If you already know and love Gascony and are looking for a place to buy we can find you a great place to stay while you look around.

And if you don't know the area too well but think it may be the place for you to buy your French home then our What's On guide will help you discover and explore this wonderful region, get to know its culture and start to get a feel for what it might be like to live here or just have a holiday home here.

Whether you are looking for a place in a town or village, a rural retreat, a grand restoration project or an imposing château you will find a rich choice of properties.

We can put in contact with our independent home finders who will create a house hunting itinerary for you based on an in depth understanding of your brief so that when you arrive in Gascony you won't be wasting time on wild goose chases. And, once the dream house has been found, our home finders will help you navigate your way through some of the practical complexities of completing the purchase and finally settling in.

If you prefer to go solo, you will find a comprehensive list of estate agents and other services on our site in the ‘house hunting' section under ‘what's on' in the top menu bar.
